Like many of you, I juggle home, family, summer work projects, Internet marketing consulting, networking, etc. etc. Like many of you, I do this while working another job. However, I have spent the last 7 years preparing my marketing for you! I have hired the best. (You’ll see an ad like this appearing in Yahoo News…followed by….)

EX: GO HERE TO FIND LINDSEY WAGNER’S BOOK ! (THIS WILL BE A CLICKABLE LINK EMBEDDED IN A MESSAGE APPEARING SOMEWHERE ONLINE, USUALLY SEEN UNDER …SAY…YAHOO article titled, “LINDSEY WAGNER’S SLIMMING SECRETS”.

RULE 5) THE PRINT YOU READ WILL CARRY ANOTHER MESSAGE WITH IT

I made up the title, but I want you to see how basic marketing works.

RULE 6) THE PRINT YOU READ WILL ASK YOU FOR “MORE INFORMATION”

…OR IT WILL ASK YOU TO CLICK ON A LINK TAKING YOU TO A LANDING PAGE (A PAGE THAT INTRODUCES TO YOU SOME PRODUCT/SERVICE)…OR THE LINK WILL TAKE YOU TO A BLOG OR WEBSITE…OR ASK YOU TO “LIKE” MY FB PROFILE.

This part is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. So…when you master the written word, you DO NOT necessarily need a fancy website to start. (Late on — in highly specific marketing, you want your own website).

AD COPY PURPOSES

The written word has to only do these things —

A) Grab the reader’s attention
B) Ask them to notice something (Lindsey’s photo of her appearing very slim…and she is the real deal, I do attest !)
C) Ask you to go somewhere else to read more (like reading her new book review)
D) Offer them first exposure to the product… EX: Go to Amazon for more information pertaining to Lindsey’s book).
